PGIM lands $3bn forward flow with GreenSky
PGIM has reached a deal to buy about $3bn of home improvement lending assets over three years from GreenSky.
The $1.5trn asset manager announced the forward-flow agreement with the consumer lending fintech on Thursday (20 August).
It’s one of the largest such deals of the year, following a spate of forward-flow agreements in July: $4bn between AI lending platform Upstart and Castlelake; $1.5bn between small business financier Wayflyer and Fortress Investment Group, and $750m between fintech Octane and AB CarVal, an arm of AllianceBernstein.
