Antony graduated from the American University Washington College of Law School and is admitted to the New York State Bar. After graduating law school, he first joined White & Case in Frankfurt, practicing in the U.S. Capital Markets Group and then joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges where he was ultimately made counsel working in both the London and New York office as part of the banking team with a focus on high yield debt. His experience includes representing private equity sponsors and companies as well as invesment banks in connection with international securities offerings, including high yield bond and other debt offerings, as well as working on private placements, restructurings, and liability management exercises.
