Varun joined 9fin in 2024 after completing his MBA at London Business School. Prior to his MBA, he spent five years with Alvarez & Marsal India in the Corporate Finance and Restructuring team, where he extensively advised clients on financial restructurings, fundraising (debt and private equity), and M&A. Additionally, Varun has successfully cleared all levels of the CFA program.
