Jainisha provided covenant analysis at Xtract Research (Acuris) for several years before joining 9fin. She has experience representing lenders and sponsors/borrowers on a broad range of finance transactions including large-cap and mid-market leveraged loans, unitranche, and funds finance, having been a managing associate in the banking and finance team at King & Wood Mallesons. Before this she has spent time on secondment at RBS as well as in-house at Macquarie Bank (Corporate and Asset Finance Lending). 
 
Jainisha graduated from the University of Cambridge and qualified as an English-law solicitor in 2009.
