Christine graduated from UCLA School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2004, later requalifying as an English-law solicitor in 2011. Christine was an associate at Paul Hastings in San Francisco and a senior associate at Clifford Chance in London for a number of years representing sponsors and lenders in a broad range of banking and finance transactions, with a focus on leveraged loans. Prior to joining 9fin, she provided covenant analysis at Xtract Research (Acuris) for several years.
