Jen is the COO at 9fin, responsible for the company’s operating strategy, systems, and cross-functional performance as it scales. Before 9fin, she spent several years in high-growth environments helping organisations scale effectively by strengthening execution, performance, and organisational alignment. She holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Birmingham and a Master’s from the University of Portsmouth.
